The own national service network is the main advantage in the relationship with GHH RAND customers and offers them the comfort of a quality collaboration.
Termoport was founded in 1997, as the official representative in Romania for Thermo King and has, as its main activity, the transformation of vans into refrigerated vehicles, intended for the transport of perishable goods and more. Right from the beginning, given the focus on this specific transport segment, Termoport established itself as a leader in the supply of these refrigeration equipment solutions in Romania.
The year 2001 marked a major change in the company’s evolution, with the inauguration of a modern headquarters, with a large capacity for equipment, maintenance and repairs for the entire range of refrigeration equipment, including those intended for international transport. The headquarters is located at the entrance to Bucharest, on one of the busiest routes in the country, namely the Bucharest – Pitesti highway, with the main advantage being access to all categories of customers, regardless of the size and capacity of the transport fleet. The investment opened the way to increasing the capacity to equip, respectively to provide repair and maintenance services for these refrigeration equipment.
Having as its main philosophy, the creation of its own national service network, in the following period the investment projects increased by inaugurating new own centers, in the cities of Cluj and Bacau, the latter marking the continuation of the expansion of the representation network, with an investment effort accumulated over 2.5 million euros.
Bacau branch is built on a generous surface with equipment, maintenance and repair capacities, for the entire range of vehicles from vans to semi-trailers and containers.
It is located in Bacau, on one of the most traveled routes in the Moldova area, the exit to Vaslui.
Last but not least, if there is demand, the available land allows for the expansion of production and maintenance capacity.
Within the same investment project, the national network was completed with the construction of the headquarters in Cluj, similar to the project with the Bacau Branch.
It is located near the city of Cluj Napoca, the town of Copaceni and has similar surfaces and capacities to the headquarters in Bacau.
Taking into account the increase in the transport of perishable goods, under the conditions of Romania’s affiliation to the European Union, as well as the specifics of rapid intervention in their case, the headquarters completes a service network that serves customers who carry out these transports throughout Europe.
